1. How do I make my payments at www.edyell.com ?

Keeping in mind the health and safety in these times, we accept only prepaid orders. You can choose to pay by the following options:

  • - Credit/Debit Card Payment
  • - Net Banking
  • - Wallets – Paytm
  • - UPI/QR
2. Are there any hidden charges when I make a payment?

No, there are no hidden charges. All listed prices are inclusive of all taxes. We provide free shipping on all orders.

3. Payment for the order has been deducted from my account, but no order details have been received?

Your order details may have not been captured with us. So, don’t worry the amount will be refunded to your account in next 5-7 working days. And you can also check your spam or trash folder in your mail box.

1. How can I cancel my order?

You have the option to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel the order: If you have an account:
  • 1. Login to your account
  • 2. Go to manage your order: Cancel the desired order.
2. I want to change my delivery address

Before the order is dispatched:

  • Cancel the order on the website and place the order again with the correct address.
  • Contact our customer care team to change the delivery address
  • By WhatsApp at 8882786235
  • *Delivery address cannot be changed once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping Related

1. When can I expect the delivery of my product?

Once you receive the shipping confirmation, your package will dispatch in next working day only and it will be dispatched on next working day. We are constantly working to get your order delivered as soon as possible

2. How do I track my order details

An email and a SMS with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can also track your order from your account. If you are an existing user you can simply log in to your account and track your current and past order details. However, if you haven’t made an account and have signed in as a guest user - we advise you to create your account with the same guest user mail id. 

*Please note that it can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded.

Return & Exchange Related

1. When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the package. We will refund the value of your returned items within 30 days upon receiving the return package.

2. What is the procedure after replacement has been placed?

If a replacement has been requested, then we will send you an email explaining the complete process. It will be initiated after we receive the original item from you.

3. When are returns acceptable?
  • Delayed delivery of the product In case the product is not received, you can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to you within 14 working days. (Edyell is not responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities or national holidays).
  • Wrong product received.
  • Damaged product received.
In such cases, we require that
  • a. - Items should not be installed or used.
  • b. -All the items delivered inside the package should be returned. Anything missing from the package will not be accepted.

2. What to do if the Earbuds are not charging?

Keep the Earbuds aside and plug in your charging case for 15 minutes. Now put the Earbuds back in the charging case

3. How can we pause and play tracks?

Single tap the capacitive touch control on either earbud to play or pause a song. 4. Can we take calls on Edyell Earbuds?

Yes, a double press on the multi-function button (MFB) allows the user to accept and reject calls easily.

5. Are all Earbuds waterproof and sweat resistant?

Yes, Edyell True Wireless Earbuds generally come with IPX Dust and Water Resistance technology. You can use it for your workouts or carry them along on long trips.

6. Are Earbuds compatible with iPhone and Android phones?

Yes, Earbuds are fully compatible with iPhone and Android devices.

7. How can I connect with Google and Siri?

Simply double-touch to connect with Google and Siri activate the voice assistant. Please refer to the manual for further instructions.
